Do I need to enter a credit card to start the trial?

No. The 14-day free trial requires only an email and password. You only enter payment details if you decide to continue after the trial.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the in-app billing portal at any time. You keep access through the end of your current paid period; after that, your data remains accessible in read/export-only mode.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

You can export everything as portable JSON at any time. After cancellation, your account is preserved so you can return later or finish exporting.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Row-Level Security on our database guarantees your data is only ever accessible to you. We also support encrypted point-in-time snapshot backups.

Will the price ever go up?

We may adjust pricing for new customers as we add features, but anyone subscribed at the Founder's Deal rate keeps that rate as long as their subscription stays active.

Is there a free tier?

There is a 14-day free trial that unlocks everything. After that, an active subscription is required for sync, AI generations, and ongoing access to premium features.
